Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Initiate and receive calls to prospective clients with the aim of promoting our clients products or services
# Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning, understanding customer requirements, and providing relevant information.
# Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of successful deals.
# Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed set sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into prospects
# Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and address any queries or concerns they may have.
# Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
# Education: Minimum a degree in sales and marketing, or a related field is a plus. (B.com, BBA, MBA)
# Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
# Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive tone.
# Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to understand customer needs, negotiate, and close deals.
# Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines, demonstrating a proactive and self-driven approach.
# Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software, email, and other communication tools.
