Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Initiate and receive calls to prospective clients with the aim of promoting our clients products or services
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning, understanding customer requirements, and providing relevant information.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and increase the likelihood of successful deals.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards and exceed set sales targets by closing deals and converting leads into prospects
• Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients to nurture leads and address any queries or concerns they may have.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum a degree in sales and marketing, or a related field is a plus. (B.com, BBA, MBA)
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience
