b) Statistics –

Statistics option contain basic analysis data. It contains how many messages have been sent, received, delivered and read kind of data. This data will be beneficial for you to track sent, received, seen, and delivered data. Most interesting thing is that you can calculate read rate, delivery rate and seen to conversion ratio kind of data.
We cannot track the data in personal WhatsApp messenger.

c) Messaging Tool –

i) Away Messages –
